· Repair and maintain all aircon system, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, boiler, plumbing and all other equipment and system. · Attend to guest room maintenance as reported by the Housekeeping department or Front Office. · Check equipment and system for faults and carry out the necessary repair works. · Participate in all preventive maintenance and energy conservation programme. · Upkeep the interior furnishing of the hotel including all repair works and repainting as required. · Any other ad hoc maintenance or repair work
