Provide day-to-day HR support by responding to employee enquiries and assisting with HR-related matters. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper administration of personnel documentation. Support payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR operational activities. Assist in HR reporting, compliance requirements, and internal or external audits. Ensure HR processes comply with the Singapore Employment Act and company policies. Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned. Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and administrative responsibilities assigned by Management. Requirements Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or HR administration. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices. Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and personnel records management is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/HR systems. Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
