Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities: Applicant must Manage and control daily work operations at Mechanical and Electrical project sites at various locations in Singapore (Construction and plant maintenance work). Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize workflows of ongoing projects. Applicant shall implement safe work practices at the job site. Applicant should have good experience in managing manpower and transport execution of project sites To work closely with the owner, client, sub-vendors, main contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. The Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the project execution is according to the project Safety and quality requirements To maintain project documentation at all phases of construction Drive process improvements and enhance productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in company operations & management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Minumum 10 years experience at the operation team. Able to speak fluent English and second language is a must (Bengali, Tamil or Mandarin)
