Project Manager (Landscape)

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction or maintenance projects. Experience managing multiple landscape projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of Singapore landscape standards, site operations, and safety requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation. Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred). Able to liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities. Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects from commencement to completion. Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports. Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Monitor project costs and control expenditures. Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements. Supervise site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
