Relationship Manager, Commodity Structured Trade Finance

Job Summary We seek a Relationship Manager for a banking client’s Commodity Structured Trade Finance Department to manage corporate client portfolios, structure credit facilities, and ensure compliance while driving business growth through strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage and expand the bank’s corporate client portfolio to increase business opportunities Acquire new clients by evaluating their financial profiles and structuring appropriate credit facilities Perform credit assessments and cash flow projections to support informed lending decisions Prepare detailed credit reports to assess and mitigate credit risks effectively Conduct thorough KYC checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies Resolve client queries promptly to maintain high client satisfaction and trust Collaborate with local and overseas internal teams to align efforts with business objectives Execute additional projects or tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or management Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience managing corporate banking relationships Experience in syndication, trade finance, or commodities sector Strong credit writing and analytical skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively Proactive, energetic, results-driven mindset with strong business acumen
