Working Hour Mondays to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm Key Roles Provide AV and media support for school events, including video creation and editing. Train staff and students on classroom AV/IT setup (Apple TV, class tech reps, Media Club). Support National Exam AV/IT setup. Assist ICT Manager in troubleshooting PLD device issues and DMA matters. Perform scheduled maintenance and usability checks on AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms. Liaise with vendors on servicing, installation, repairs, and procurement. Troubleshoot classroom equipment issues (projectors, visualisers, Apple TV). Manage loan of AV equipment and maintain loan records, maintenance reports, and inventory. Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of AV/IT equipment. Assist in receiving and checking equipment deliveries. Carry out other AV/media duties as assigned by school leaders. Requirements Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a school environment.
