Workplace Safety Health Coordinator

Workplace Safety health Coordinator *Job Description: * · Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act. · Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system · Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements. · Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation. · Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures. · Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements. · Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements. · Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists. · Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits. · Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses. · Conduct WSH and other related training. · Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management. Job Requirement: · WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate · WAH assessor certificate. · Risk management course. · A team player with and ability to work independently. · Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
