Discipline Support Officer #Bartley

Working Hour Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Fridays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Key Roles Conduct investigations, obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports. Work with Form Teachers to ensure students report for detention. Supervise detention sessions and maintain attendance/behavioural records. Update and follow up with detention defaulters. Supervise students on suspension and those sent out of class. Support learning continuity and guide reflective activities for re-entry. Patrol high-movement areas during recess, dismissal, and transitions. Station at the canteen to manage student behaviour. Assist in peer reconciliation or mediation when needed. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' experience in uniformed service (SAF, SPF), law enforcement, or discipline management in secondary schools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficient in basic IT tools for documentation and reporting.
