Operations Executive #Tampines

Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Key Roles Coordinate and monitor estate and facilities maintenance. Conduct premises inspections and follow up on defects. Support campus relocation planning and operational readiness. Oversee security operations and emergency preparedness. Supervise cleaning and environmental services. Plan logistics for school events, exams, and activities. Manage assets and inventory records. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and government agencies. Develop and review operational SOPs. Ensure compliance with MOE policies and safety regulations. Prepare operational reports and updates. Assist with budget preparation and procurement support. Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec, or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience . Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
