Job Responsibilities Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate daily project activities to ensure successful project completion. Monitor project schedules, site progress, and work quality to ensure timely delivery within budget and client requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations. Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources effectively to maximize productivity. Prepare and maintain project schedules, work programs, progress reports, and site documentation. Supervise site operations and resolve technical or operational issues promptly. Monitor project costs, control budgets, and recommend cost-effective solutions where necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Identify project risks, implement preventive measures, and resolve issues to minimize delays. Lead, motivate, and supervise site personnel to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance. Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress to management and clients. Respond promptly to emergencies, site challenges, and unforeseen project issues. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for project execution. Prepare project completion reports and ensure all project documentation is properly maintained. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or project management experience in construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, or government projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural, architectural, and M&E works. Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety requirements, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of project management software is an advantage. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
