Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and statutory regulations. Review project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability through effective cost control. Prepare project reports, progress updates, work schedules, and documentation for management and clients. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor works to support project schedules. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high productivity. Handle project variations, claims, and contractual matters where required. Respond promptly to site emergencies, delays, and unforeseen project challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Report project status, risks, and performance to senior management. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or government projects. Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, civil, or M&E works. Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, BCA requirements, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards is preferred. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management software. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction contracts. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
