Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and recording all aspects of Main Contracts and Subcontracts, acting as the focal point during execution for interpreting scope, obligations, and change orders with the Owner's Contract Manager. Key duties include reviewing terms for risks, leading negotiations on subcontract terms, managing amendments, and monitoring subcontractor compliance. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Contracts-related major, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience specifically within offshore oil & gas projects and EPC/EPCI environments. Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication are essential for coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
