Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager ensures alignment with the Project Management team on contract matters, analyzes terms to identify risks and opportunities, and manages the entire change order process from identification to resolution. This role involves liaising with various functions to ensure required insurance coverage is in place and administering contracts during the bidding and execution phases to maximize project revenues. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, administration, purchasing, or contracting, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in business management or related disciplines. Essential qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, deep knowledge of contract law and finance, superior attention to detail, and strong negotiation, mediation, and analytical skills, preferably with experience in Offshore, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
