Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager ensures alignment with the Project Management team on all contract matters, advising on execution aspects, analyzing terms for risks and opportunities, and negotiating mitigating contract articles with compelling arguments. This role involves comprehensive contract administration during project execution, managing the change order process, and ensuring contractual information used by the project team is accurate and up-to-date to maximize project revenues. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, administration, purchasing, or contracting, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields. Essential requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, deep knowledge of contract law and finance, superior attention to detail, strong negotiation and mediation skills, and proven analytical problem-solving abilities, preferably with experience in Offshore, Engineering, or Construction sectors.
