Sales Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for design innovation, and a proven ability to manage teams and client relationships. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Job Scope Lead and conceptualize design projects, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in design development and technical execution Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines Good organizational skills to oversee the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources Meet prospects to expand the firm’s business Crystalize concepts into drawings (hand drawings or software) Project Management / Coordination Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers, able to plan and monitor delivery schedule Able to manage client’s expectations and build rapport with client Able to work independently with responsibility Great interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-driven and possess positive attitude to learn Creative and imaginative Self-discipline Good mannerism with positive attitude Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in relevant industry
