Available Outlets: Suntec / PLQ / Star Vista / Bugis / KBT / Hillion Mall / Kallang Job Requirements Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers and clear tables Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Work closely with the outlet & management team to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Min 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B industry Responsible, customer-driven, committed and willing to learn Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills Able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
