Client Onboarding Specialist (12-month contract)

Your new role Prepare client onboarding documents based on Front Office requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review client documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC). Provide advisory support on documentation requirements to internal stakeholders. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to resolve onboarding issues. Support the delivery of a smooth and compliant client onboarding experience. Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements as assigned. What you’ll need to succeed 1–2 years of experience in KYC/CDD, client onboarding, or banking operations. Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations (e.g. MAS 626). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and reading) to effectively review documentation and liaise with stakeholders and clients across the APAC region.
