Currently seeking a Technical Officer with a 1-Year Contract. Location : East Duration : Contract with conversion to permanent Your new role Process applications for the energization and activation of electricity supply to customers' electrical installations. Coordinate with stakeholders for meter removal, incoming supply de-energization, and service cable disconnection works. Liaise with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs), utility providers, government agencies, and other relevant parties to facilitate inspections, testing, supply turn-on activities, and investigations. Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, including conducting site assessments when required. Support data collection, analysis, and report preparation for planning activities and monthly operational reporting. Perform additional duties and operational assignments as required by management, both during and outside of regular office hours.
