Content Designer

Your new company Our client is a leading global technology company, driving innovation in digital content, social media, and online communities Your new role Develop and deliver engaging content that brings company culture, values, and employee initiatives to life. Create compelling storytelling across internal communication channels, including written, visual, and video content. Lead end-to-end video production, from concept development and scripting to filming and editing. Produce multimedia content such as employee interviews, leadership messages, event highlights, and engagement campaigns. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to execute culture-building and employee engagement initiatives. Design creative assets, graphics, and motion content to support internal communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. What you need Atleast 2years’experience in content creation, internal communications, employer branding, marketing. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, employee-focused content. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools. Hands-on experience in video production, filming, editing, and multimedia content creation. Familiarity with motion graphics and AI-powered creative tools such as Mid journey or Stable Diffusion.
