Your new role As an ILS / Training Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of integrated logistics support and technical training activities for large-scale technology programmes. You will work closely with engineering, project, service delivery, and customer stakeholders to ensure systems are supportable, maintainable, and operationally ready throughout their lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and training activities, ensuring delivery against project timelines, budget, quality, and customer expectations. Conduct supportability, reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle analyses while driving continuous improvements to operational readiness and system performance. Develop and maintain technical documentation , maintenance procedures, training materials, and support-related deliverables. Plan, coordinate, and deliver technical and operational training programmes for end users, operators, and support personnel. Collaborate with engineering, service management, project teams, and customers to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and long-term support of complex systems. Job Requirements Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Systems Engineering, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or Lifecycle Support Management within a complex technical environment. Strong understanding of reliability, maintainability, supportability analysis, technical documentation, and operational support concepts. Experience supporting aviation, transportation, defence, command-and-control, telecommunications, or other highly regulated technology environments. Ability to interpret technical requirements, develop support strategies, and work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience operating in large-scale or mission-critical environments.
