About the job A digital bank is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. Your new role As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for: • Design scalable, secure, and compliant IT infrastructure • Manage cloud and on-premise platforms • Oversee IT assets, data centres, and vendors • Ensure system reliability, capacity, and patch management • Lead disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity • Drive security, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement What you’ll need to succeed • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field • 8+ years' IT infrastructure experience, preferably in FinTech/ banking/ financial services • Strong cloud, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code expertise • Experience in networking, data centres, disaster recovery, and ITSM • Proven leadership, vendor management, and good communication skills What you'll get in return In return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
