Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Coordinate communication among designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Good time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
