Finance & Operations Executive

WE ARE HIRING Finance & Operations Executive Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month Location: Macpherson / Tai Seng, Singapore About Us We are a growing Singapore company specializing in premium doors, digital locks, gates and home improvement solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Executive to support our finance and daily business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accounting, improving processes and working in a fast-paced SME environment. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) • Perform bank reconciliation • Process supplier invoices and customer payments • Prepare monthly financial reports • Assist with GST submissions • Maintain accounting records and supporting documents • Prepare schedules for year-end audit • Liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax agents • Maintain petty cash and expense claims Operations Support • Monitor inventory records and stock reconciliation • Maintain proper documentation and filing • Prepare business reports and spreadsheets • Assist in improving internal workflows and SOPs • Support management with administrative and operational tasks • Coordinate with internal departments when required • Ensure accurate data entry into company systems Business Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve finance and operational processes • Assist in implementing new accounting and ERP systems • Support management reporting and business analysis • Recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience preferred • Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply • Basic knowledge of Singapore GST regulations • Good understanding of accounting principles • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks • Positive attitude with willingness to learn Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following is an advantage: • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Google Workspace • Xero • QuickBooks • SQL Accounting • AutoCount • Microsoft Dynamics (advantage) Preferred Qualities We are looking for someone who is: • Responsible and trustworthy • Detail-oriented • Self-motivated • Proactive in solving problems • Willing to learn new systems and technology • Comfortable working in a growing SME environment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Timely and accurate monthly accounts • Accurate bank reconciliation • On-time supplier payments • Timely customer payment reconciliation • Accurate inventory reconciliation • Timely GST preparation • Audit readiness • Accuracy of financial records • Continuous process improvements Salary & Benefits • Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month • Performance Bonus • Annual Salary Review • Medical Benefits • Career Progression Opportunities Why Join Us?
