Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are now hiring for the following position: Job Summary HDI Global SE Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to support the management and development of the Engineering Line of Business. You will be responsible for underwriting a broad range of engineering risks, including project business, Completed Engineering Civil Risks (CECRs), and operational renewable energy risks, while ensuring profitable growth, underwriting discipline, and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting portfolio management, business development, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities Underwrite engineering risks across project and operational phases, including CECRs and renewable energy risks, in accordance with underwriting guidelines and authority limits Analyse new business and renewal submissions, assess risk exposures, and determine referral requirements Develop pricing strategies using actuarial models, rating tools, and market data to ensure profitability Manage underwriting acceptance, monitoring, and control for the Engineering portfolio in line with HDI Global mandates Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Home Office, Risk En…
