Guest Relations Officer (Live Bar Restaurant)

Job Summary Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You are the face of our brand and key to customer satisfaction. Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (far east square) Fri & Sat: 6pm to 4am Sun to Thu: 5pm to 3am 6 days work week Responsibilities Greet and seat guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere Explain daily specials clearly to assist guest choices Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity Maintain cleanliness of service stations to uphold hygiene standards Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions Pleasant personality with strong communication skills to engage guests positively Basic English (& Mandarin) proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts Customer-focused attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a positive work environment What We Offer: Staff meals and uniform provided Flexible scheduling for part-time roles Progression to Senior or Supervisor roles
