Job Summary Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You are the face of our brand and key to customer satisfaction. Location: Far East Square Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT AM: 10am to 6pm PM: 5pm to 3am (inclusive 1 hour break) 6 Days work week Responsibilities Greet and seat guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere Present menus and explain daily specials clearly to assist guest choices Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems to ensure correct processing Serve food and drinks following established service standards to maintain quality Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions Pleasant personality with strong communication skills to engage guests positively Basic English (& Mandarin) proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts Customer-focused attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a positive work environment What We Offer: Staff meals and uniform provided Flexible scheduling for part-time roles Progression to Senior Service or Supervisor roles
