Sales Supervisor

Job Summary The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded. This role involves coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives. Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Set sales targets and assist the team in achieving them. Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and productivity. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth business operations. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Requirements Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
