Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities Support the Business Development Manager in managing customer projects from enquiry to successful commercialisation. Coordinate the complete order fulfilment process, including quotation, order confirmation, production scheduling, delivery and after-sales support. Liaise closely with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Identify customer needs and support business growth through cross-selling and repeat orders. Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other business documentation. Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate customer and project records. Coordinate customer visits, factory tours and business meetings. Perform other business development and customer support duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales Support, Customer Success or Project Coordination. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Excellent organisational and execution abilities with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, responsible and customer-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support communication with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers and business partners. Experience in OEM/ODM manufacturing, healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG or international trade will be an advantage.
