Regulatory Affairs Executive (TCM Products)

工作职责： 负责公司自营及客户委托的中成药 / 保健品产品在 HSA 的注册、申报与文件准备 跟进注册进度，与 HSA 及相关机构进行沟通协调 协助客户了解新加坡中医药产品法规及注册流程 整理、维护中英文注册资料及相关技术文件 支持内部跨部门在产品合规与法规方面的沟通 任职要求： 具备医药、中医药、生物科学或相关专业背景者优先 了解或有新加坡 HSA 注册申报经验者更佳（无经验可培训） 具备良好的中英文书写与沟通能力 做事细心、有责任感，逻辑清晰，能独立推进事务 能与客户及内部团队良好协作 Key Responsibilities: Handle registration and regulatory submissions of company and client-entrusted TCM products and health supplements with HSA Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation in both English and Chinese Liaise with HSA and relevant authorities on regulatory matters Support clients by explaining regulatory requirements and registration processes in Singapore Coordinate internally to ensure product compliance with applicable regulations Requirements: Background in TCM, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines is preferred Prior experience in HSA regulatory submission is an advantage (training will be provided) Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility
