Assistant M&E Manager

Job Summary Support and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards while collaborating with consultants and subcontractors to drive project success. Responsibilities Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to execute M&E systems smoothly and according to project plans Monitor project progress and quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Review technical drawings, materials, and equipment specifications to support accurate project delivery Resolve site-related technical issues by providing effective engineering solutions Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for management review Manage multiple tasks independently to meet project deadlines and support overall M&E project management Required competencies and certifications Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E works within construction projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong knowledge of M&E systems, technical drawings, and industry standards Coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in managing M&E project tasks Ability to multitask and work independently under project deadlines
