Contracts/ Assistant Contracts Manager (Construction)

Job Description: Lead and manage the tendering process for construction projects, from pre-tender to post-tender stages. Review and analyze contract terms, conditions, and tender documents to identify risks and opportunities. Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions. Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies. Provide strategic advice to senior management on tendering strategies and cost control. Job Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years’ experience in contract management/tendering within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, FIDIC), and tendering processes. Proven track record in leading successful tender bids. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Analytical with strong attention to detail.
