Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description: Lead the project team in the delivery of the large scale project. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety. Requirements: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in completed large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
