Join a stable, school-based environment as a Customer Service Executive supporting daily transport operations. This role involves both front-of-house (handling enquiries from parents and school staff) and back-of-house coordination with operations teams to ensure smooth and safe bus services. Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations Problem-solver with good conflict resolution skills Organized and detail-oriented Tech-savvy (comfortable with systems, CRM, GPS tracking tools) Prior customer service or operations experience is a plus What You’ll Be Doing Be the main point of contact for parents, guardians, and school administrators Provide real-time updates via calls, messages, and emails Manage feedback and resolve complaints professionally within SLA timelines Communicate clearly during emergencies (e.g. delays, breakdowns, weather issues) Coordinate closely with operations and transport teams on routing and scheduling Track bus movements using GPS systems and provide accurate updates Maintain records of enquiries, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems Prepare reports on service performance and customer satisfaction Support administrative tasks and ensure all data is accurate and up to date Salary & Benefits Up to $3,000 (Full-time) Working Hours: 7:30AM – 4:00PM 5-day work week 13 days leave (7 days Annual Leave + 6 days additional leave) Others Location: North area Stable working hours (no shift work) Training will be provided Hey Rocket Pte.
