Job Responsibilities: Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining and retail options Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed Job Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Confident, approachable, and comfortable interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds Willing to work rotating shifts If you are interested, please submit your application here.
