As an Innovation Intern, you will own a strategic challenge from start to finish, following a structured journey: Choose your business idea to tackle Conduct in-depth research through market analysis, user interviews, and competitor reviews to understand the core of the problem. Dynamic brainstorming sessions to generate a wide range of creative solutions. Develop and refine your ideas into concrete concepts. Bring your ideas to life by building tangible prototypes. Present your ideas to a panel of senior leaders, showcasing your innovative solution and its business potential. What We Offer You. Direct Mentorship: You'll be paired with dedicated mentors from our business and technology teams who will provide guidance and support through weekly check-ins. Real-World Impact: Your work matters. University undergraduates or fresh graduates (1 year upon graduation) from business majors. A natural curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
