Key Responsibilities You will support the team in: Assisting with workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Monitoring approved workforce establishment against actual staffing levels. Supporting headcount tracking, vacancy monitoring, and workforce deployment activities. Preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses to support workforce planning decisions. Collecting, validating, and analysing workforce data to support strategic planning. Contributing to projects that improve organizational readiness and resource planning. Supporting process improvements and maintaining accurate workforce records.
