HR Operations Executive – Workforce Management

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support our growing workforce across multiple sites in Singapore. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, consistency, and ownership matter. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting payroll processes (timesheets, CPF, submissions) Managing employee records, work passes, and documentation Assisting with HR compliance matters (MOM submissions, filings) Coordinating staff deployment and internal HR processes Supporting onboarding and day-to-day workforce administration What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of HR operations or payroll experience in Singapore Familiar with MOM processes, CPF, and HR compliance requirements Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume tasks Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment Why Join Us Exposure to real, large-scale HR operations Opportunity to grow within a structured HR team Supportive environment with clear processes and leadership
