Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities Familiar with both Pre and Post Contract. Coordinate and organize tender procedures and processes. Contract Preparation, Evaluation, Negotiation and Tendering. Support tendering activities through contract preparation, tasks evaluation, data gathering, information gathering and document. Preparation for entire tendering process, tender and contract documents. Preparation of documents for sourcing of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers. Preparation of progress claim to clients and payment to subcontractors & suppliers. Familiar with contact experience. All other QS related job duties. Attend site meetings and handle contractual issues. Requirements Degree / diploma in Quantity Surveying. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Good working knowledge of contract and ability to interpret technical drawings. Good knowledge of construction products and materials. Willing to work beyond normal working hours when required. Self-motivated, independent, responsible and eager to take on new challenges. Excellent in verbal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
