Quantity Surveyor

Position : Quantity Surveyor Location : Ubi Working hours : 5.5 days (Saturday - Work From Home) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Building & Construction Main Responsibilities: Review and execute tender documents, submission in accordance to tender requirement Assist in procurement and overview of purchases To liaise with contractors / suppliers on quotation and includes taking off of BQ Preparation on submission documents Prepare and analyzing costing for tenders(BCT, compare quotations). Prepare costing and discuss with Manager / Director for final figure (Margin, Prelim and profit) Furnish budgetary costing for tender Negotiated final pricing with contractors / supplier (retention, warranty, T&C) Preparation of project budgets, report and cost estimation Allocate work to subcontractors and providing advice on contractual claims Submission for progress claim Preparation of quotations and any VO for submission Report to Director / QS Lead Requirements: With min. 1 - 2 years’ experience Specialize in builder’s work or/and M&E services Email to: diana@searchpersonnel.com.sg for more information.
