Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with management and project teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with clients. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to promote company services.
