Job Summary You will support the Finance Manager by managing daily accounts payable and receivable operations and assisting with month-end financial closing activities. Responsibilities Maintain accurate daily accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure reliable financial records Process supplier invoices and payments while updating vendor master data to maintain correct financial information Enter financial data and organize filing systems to keep financial documents orderly and accessible Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to facilitate clear communication with suppliers and internal teams Manage petty cash and liaise with suppliers to resolve financial queries as assigned by the Finance Manager Complete ad-hoc finance-related tasks to support the finance department’s operational needs Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Transport Provided at Boon Lay MRT pick up point
