Operation Manager

Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations to maintain consistent production flow and meet output targets Coordinate workflows among production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce delays Source and procure ingredients and materials promptly to fulfill production requirements Monitor operational processes and independently troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards Ensure timely delivery by effectively coordinating catering and production schedules Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless supply chain and production activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced factory or production environment
