Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently. Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Perform housekeeping duties as required to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. Assist with other daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Requirements Friendly,professional, and customer-focused. Flexible and willing to perform both front desk and housekeeping duties. Previous experience in hotel front office, housekeeping, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
