Supplies Forecaster

The Supplies Forecasting & Analytics team provides the Print business with driver-based business outlook and analysis that support both long and short-term decision making and planning. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Supplies Forecasting team as a Business Data Analyst to play a critical role in developing and maintaining key models and solutions. This is a global role and involves managing the business data and models to help shape and optimize the business strategy. Specific responsibilities include Responsibilities Develop and maintain forecasting models and data pipelines using telemetry, historical data, and business inputs to generate reliable short- and long-term supply forecasts Track, measure, and improve forecast accuracy by comparing actuals vs. forecasts, defining key metrics, and performing root-cause analysis to close performance gaps Perform ongoing analysis to generate insights that support business decisions, planning cycles, and executive updates Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and translate data into clear, actionable insights Support business planning by leveraging historical trends and forecast outputs to inform operational and financial plans Drive efficiency by automating and streamlining forecasting processes using standard tools and technologies Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across forecasting models, systems, and outputs Contribute to analytical projects and initiatives by providing structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support key business priorities Education & Experience Recommended Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
