Stable and established company On-the-job training provided Supportive working environment Opportunity to gain experience in purchasing, marketing and administration Job Responsibilities Support Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) by collecting, checking and compiling data from various departments. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO). Coordinate with suppliers on orders and documentation. Prepare and update promotional sign cards and pricing materials. Maintain proper filing, records and documentation for reporting and audit purposes. Provide administrative support to Category Managers. Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned. Requirements GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma. Administrative experience is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Organised, meticulous and willing to learn. Good communication and coordination skills. πŸ“© Apply Now!
