We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a small, close-knit team in the shipping/ logistics industry. Responsibilities: Coordinate local, import and export shipments (FCL/LCL bookings) Handle CCP declarations via Tradeweb (Customs Competency Test certification an advantage) Manage Warehouse Inventory Data Control (WMS) Basic use of Portnet Liaise with warehouse operations as required Requirements: Min N-Level Min 1 year of relevant experience Must have working knowledge of Incoterms, Portnet, Custom permit declaration and WMS Experience handling petrochemical cargo (plastic resins) is an advantage What's on offer: 🚀 Small company of 18 staff – close working relationship with management, no red tape ⏰ Mon-Fri, 8:15am–5:30pm 💰 OT pay, attractive PB, medical benefits, no-MC incentive 📍 Company transport provided from/to Jurong East MRT We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
