Contract Name Screening - KYC (12 Mths)

Job Summary You will conduct comprehensive screening and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and document findings for audit purposes. Responsibilities Conduct name screening against sanction lists, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) lists, internal blacklists, and adverse news sources to identify potential risks Perform trade manual screening investigations and clear alerts to maintain compliance standards Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to resolve screening and investigation issues effectively Document review assessments and investigation conclusions thoroughly to support regulatory and audit reviews Assist in preparing daily management information (MI) reports to track screening activities and outcomes Execute additional tasks as assigned by Group Head, Deputy Group Head, or Team Lead to support team objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including AML, KYC, and sanctions frameworks Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings clearly Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess screening results and investigations
