What You’ll Be Doing Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand clients’ business challenges and recommend suitable solutions across our advisory, HR, recruitment, technology, and marketing services. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms. Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience. Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual and team targets. Stay updated on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
