Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities Full set accounting Support company audit Build and maintain client relationships Developing budgets and timelines for our clients Negotiating terms and conditions with clients Process employee claims and vendor payments in a timely manner Assist in preparing and monitoring daily cash flow and bank balances Support month-end closing activities, including cash book and bank reconciliations Prepare relevant AP and general ledger entries Collaborating with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards; Communicate with our Chinese suppliers Support audit and tax queries Calculate and process workers’ salaries accurately Assist related to HR Matters Other ad-hoc tasks Qualifications Diploma / Degree Graduate Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
