Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish. Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources, ensuring targets are met. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Manage on-site construction teams, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly to minimize project delays. Prepare and submit progress reports and attend coordination and client meetings. Ensure all site operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM guidelines. Job Requirements Education & Certification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline. Professional certifications or training in project management or workplace safety (e.g., PMP, WSQ, CSOC, or Safety Coordinator certificate) are an advantage. BCA-recognised qualifications are preferred.
